The Association for Democratic Initiatives kindly invites you to attend the screening of the film „Hate crime“. The film was created within the project “Fighting against hate speech and hate crime”. The aim of the film is to provide information on the specifics of hate speech and hate crime, what are the causes of hate speech and hate crime, and how to adequately react to hate crime and hate speech when it happens. After the film screening, a short debate about the specificities and of hate crime and hate speech in Bosnia and Herzegovina will follow. The debate will be continued during the New Year’s gathering.
The film screening will be held on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 in the premises of the Center for Interdisciplinary Studies of the University of Sarajevo (Zmaja od Bosne 8, the Campus of the University of Sarajevo), starting at 11 AM.
The event is organized by the Association for Democratic Initiatives (ADI) with the support of the Civil Rights Defenders, an international organization for protection of human rights.
