We are happy to inform you that a new call for the RECAS Regional Fellowship 2025 has been published. This year’s theme is Youth Agency and New Political Imaginaries in the Western Balkans, and we are very excited to welcome a new group of excellent younger researchers to our network.
Fellows will have option to choose the primary host institutions at partner universities in Belgrade, Rijeka, Skopje, Sarajevo, Ljubljana, Prishtina, Tirana, or Podgorica. The program runs for 3–6 months (starting December 1, 2025), includes a €1,500 monthly stipend, and combines individual research with regional workshops, a Policy Hackathon, and presentations at regional and EU-level events.
