On 8 July 2025 the prof. dr. Zdravko Grebo Center for Interdisciplinary Studies was visited by prof. David J. Simon, Assistant Dean for Graduate Education, Senior Lecturer in Global Affairs and Director of the Genocide Studies Program at Yale University and our ERMA alumnus dr. Emir Nurkic Kacapor, I4DI’s Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder. They have met the manager of our European Regional MA in Democracy and Human Rights in SEE Global Campus South East Europe dr. Mariana Hadžijusufović, who is also an alumna of the program. During the meeting, various issues and possibilities for further cooperation were discussed. The meeting explored exciting opportunities for institutional cooperation — including open lectures, joint research on peace education through the ERMA alumni network, and expanding ties with the Maryland–Bosnia and Herzegovina Exchange Council.
