The Children’s Rights Regional Officer and the ERMA Alumni Network have organised an alumni panel discussion on the topic of Children and Digital Rights, specifically on the subtopic of cybersecurity, on April 3rd 2024, during Children’s Rights Week at ERMA. The panel consisted of 3 ERMA alumnae.
The panel speakers were Ena Bavčić, a specialist in cybersecurity and child’s rights, Desara Dushi, a specialist in cybercrime and online child protection, Ira Papagjika, a regional expert in the domain of digital rights with extensive experience working on children’s rights, and the moderator was Gergana Tzvetkova, a scholar and field researcher in digital rights.
The online panel discussion was held in the form of a webinar, thanks to the GC e-learning department. It was attended by 42 participants.
